Project: Ruffly Felt Wreath found via Design Sponge and Frugal Home Designs
I am attempting this project during a very busy month. Last I counted I made 96 felt circles and I'm not even close to being done. At first I was doing rows of 10. After I had about 6 sets of 10, I simply adjusted the felt rosettes then randomly filled in the wreath. It's a never ending process and I'm a little impatient.
